Chávez · García · Lakimies, S.C., with address at Paseo de la Alteña 128, Lomas Verdes (Alteña I), 53120 Naucalpan, Estado de México, México, is responsible of processing your personal data.  At Chávez · García · Lakimies, S.C. we are committed to guarantee your personal data protection and to give a legitimate, controlled and informed legal use of it.

This Privacy Notice is at your disposal with the aim to inform you on the practices that we follow to obtain, use, disclose or store your personal data, as well as to inform you the purpose for which your personal data is processed.

At Chávez · García · Lakimies, S.C. we are committed to the right to privacy so that, we acknowledge your right to decide freely and informedly on the use that we will give to your personal data.

At any moment we will keep confidentiality regarding your personal data and will comply with the principles adopted for its processing, such as legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, according to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (Law).

Purpose of using your personal data

Personal data gathered, stored and processed by Chávez · García · Lakimies, S.C., is voluntarily provided by you. Such personal data is among others, the following:

  2. Nationality
  3. Date of birth
  4. Address
  5. Tax Registration Number
  6. Phone number
  7. E-mail address

Your personal data is gathered with the objective to carry out operations at Chávez · García · Lakimies, S.C., namely: to provide you with services requested, fulfilling our obligations, having a database with the purpose of identification and communication, meeting requests of internal processes, being in contact with you via e-mail or by any form of communication, providing you with information about our services, keeping you informed on any change or a new service or any other activity related to our professional practice.

Chávez · García · Lakimies, S.C. does not collect sensitive personal information, such as, racial or ethnic origin, present or future health condition, genetic information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, trade-union membership, political opinions, sexual orientation.

Information Security

At Chávez · García · Lakimies, S.C. we have adopted reasonable security measures to ensure your personal information is safe, restricted and limited to the personnel who require access to it, with the purpose of protecting it against damage, loss, alteration, destruction and non-authorized use, access or processing.

Shared information with third parties

Chávez · García · Lakimies, S.C. undertakes not to transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except for the conditions in Article 37 of the Law, as well as to carry out such a transfer in terms of the Law.

We may share your personal data with technical, administrative or professional service providers, hired to offer better quality in our services, who will only receive the information strictly needed in order to carry out the assigned tasks.

In case you do not raise objection, it will be understood you have granted your consent in order to your personal data to be transferred to the above-mentioned third parties for the mentioned purposes.

ARCO Rights

You have the right to access to your personal data we possess and to the detail of its processing, as well as to rectify it whether it is inaccurate or incomplete; to cancel it when you consider it is not needed for some aim mentioned in this privacy notice, when is used for not consented aims or when either the contractual or services relationship between you and Chávez · García · Lakimies, S.C. has ended.  You will be entitled to oppose its processing for specific purposes.

For you to exercise those rights, we have implemented a mechanism consisting in the submission of a written request to our Data Protection Officer. This request must include at least the following information:

  1. Name of the owner and permanent address or registered place of business or any other means of communication to respond to the request.
  2. The documents which prove the owner’s identity, or when applicable, legal representation on behalf of the owner.
  3. The description of the personal data on which you want to exercise any ARCO right.
  4. Any other document or source of information that simplifies localization of the personal data, as well as any other document that is required by the Law when the request is to be submitted.

We will meet your request within a maximum of 5 business days, and will provide you with information about it through the means you have indicated for such purposes.

You have the right to cancel the consent given at any moment to the use of your personal data in the future. In such circumstances, you should submit a written request to the Data Protection Officer in our headquarters.  Your request must contain as minimum, the following information:

  1. Name of the owner and permanent address or registered place of business or any other means of communication to respond to the request.
  2. The documents which prove the owner’s identity, or when applicable, legal representation on behalf of the owner.
  3. The cancellation of consent to the use of your personal data.

We will meet your request within a maximum of 5 business days and will provide you with information about it through the means you have indicated for such purposes.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

Chávez · García · Lakimies, S.C. retains the right to make changes or updates in any moment to this privacy notice to fulfill legislative reforms, internal policies or new requirements for presenting and offering our services.  These modifications will be available through the following means:

  1. At our business domicile
  2. On our website www.chavez-garcia-lakimies.com.mx
  3. Through a notice that will be sent via email
